WHAT YOU WILL DO:

- Receive and prioritize service requests from clients

- Efficiently dispatch service technicians based on skillset, location, and urgency

- Maintain clear communication with customers and field personnel

- Monitor service progress and provide updates to clients as needed

- Assist in scheduling and optimizing service routes for efficiency

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

- Document and maintain accurate records of service activities

- Perform other duties as assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Excellent communication, telephone etiquette and customer relations skills

• Prior experience in dispatching or a related field is preferred

• Proficient in technology/computers

• Friendly and positive attitude

• High degree of integrity and professionalism

• Attention to detail and accuracy
