Description
The large-platform, Hi-Viz, JCB 325T Forestmaster is the biggest compact track loader in the JCB range, yet provides the operator with excellent visibility to the attachment. With a rated operating capacity of 3,201 lb (1,452 kg), and low center of gravity, this dedicated forestry machine is ideal for cutting, clearing, loading and lifting through thick bush and woodland environments. A high flow capability gives it the added versatility to use a wider range of heavy and complex attachments.
Specifications
- Gross Engine Power: 74 hp
- Operating Capacity: 3,201 lb
- Operating Weight: 11,364 lb
Features
- POWER AND PERFORMANCE: With versatile features and plenty of power, JCB compact track loaders set new standards for efficiency and productivity. All JCB compact track loaders are equipped with efficient engines that require no DEF, no DPF and no engine aftertreatment. Unlike the cooling systems on conventional skid steers, JCB machines pull cool, clean air from above and force hot air out through the sides and rear, away from the operator. All JCB compact track loaders feature an industry standard quick hitch for simple coupling to all JCB attachments and attachments from other manufacturers. On JCB small-platform machines, the standard hydraulic circuit on it is 18.5 gpm (70 lpm), with options for 26.4 gpm (100 lpm) or 30.5 gpm (115 lpm) available, depending on model. On JCB large-platform machines, the standard hydraulic circuit on it is 24 gpm (90 lpm), with options for 31.7 gpm (120 lpm) or 33 gpm (125 lpm) available, depending on model. Optional parallel lift makes it easier to position loads with forks or attachments on all JCB models. JCB‘s Smoothride System (SRS) option allows the boom and load to move independently from the chassis, for improved load retention, operator comfort and faster loading cycles.
- Tilting cab for easy servicing and reduced downtime
- SIMPLE SERVICING: JCB compact track loaders are easy to service and require minimal maintenance, for improved efficiency and productivity, and lower operating costs. All daily checks are performed at ground level, and pre-filters, oil filters and air filters are easy to access via a large rear service door. O-ring face seal hydraulic fittings reduce leaks and maintenance downtime. JCB compact track loaders feature tilting cabs, which can be operated by one person and opened in just a few minutes, to provide access for deeper maintenance. For quick cleaning with a power washer, JCB compact track loaders provide easy access to the engine bay and flat floors with no dirt-trapping foot wells.
- Side-door entry for superior safety
- 24 gpm (90 lpm) standard hydraulic circuit; optional 33 gpm (125 lpm) auxiliary high-flow circuit
- COMFORT AND CONTROL: JCB compact track loaders offer unrivaled operator comfort, to enable maximum productivity. JCB cabs on small-platform machines are 46 percent larger than the competition. On large-platform machines, JCB cabs are 33 percent larger than the competition. All JCB compact track loaders feature a wide-opening side door for safe entry and exit, eliminating the need for operators to climb over attachments or under an unsupported boom. JCB‘s myCHOICE control software allows operators to tailor the sensitivity of joystick movement to match the way they work. ISO (single joystick transmission operation) is a standard feature; H-pattern controls are an available option, to suit operator preferences. The radio features an AUX port that is compatible with mobile phones and other devices.
- Efficient 74 hp (55 kW) JCB EcoMAX T4F engine that requires no exhaust aftertreatment
- Industry-leading ergonomics
- Iconic JCB Powerboom loader arm with lower profile for improved visibility and tapered pins for superior rigidity
- THE WORLD'S SAFEST: With a wide-opening side door for safe entry and exit, operators no longer need to climb over large, slippery and awkward attachments, or under an unsupported boom. The iconic JCB Powerboom loader arm enables 60 percent better visibility around the machine than conventional twin-arm machines. And with no rear torque tube, as required for conventional machines, operators also benefit from significantly improved rear visibility. JCB compact track loaders also offer unmatched visibility to the quick hitch and the cutting edge of the bucket, simplifying tasks such as changing attachments, loading trucks and working close to obstacles.
- 60 percent better visibility and up to 33 percent larger cab than competitors
- STRENGTH AND DURABILITY: JCB compact track loaders have earned their reputation for strength, and every model in the range is built tough to handle any application in any conditions. At the foundation of every JCB compact track loader is a fully-welded chassis, mated to a solid undercarriage with cast steel, triple-flanged rollers that deliver consistent performance on demanding terrain. The iconic JCB single-arm Powerboom boasts tapered pivot pins and 20 percent more steel than the twin-arms on conventional compact track loaders. This results in greater rigidity, less wear and improved retention of material in the bucket. The Powerboom also provides safe internal routing for hydraulic hoses, for protection from damage. The quick hitch is constructed from high-tensile steel and features high-strength welds for longer life. For extra support and greater breakout force JCB compact track loaders have the largest quick hitch pivot pins in the industry.
